This is an annual event that the Philadelphia Chiefs and the Third Watch Hockey Club have established. The series was named by the Chiefs for the 2003 game. In 2005 the Chiefs turned to Philly PD.The first game was held in January 2002 in Maine. It was then decided to swap the "home ice advantage" every year. We have developed some great friendships during our games, and these continue throughout the year. The competition is good, the games are serious, but when the final buzzer rings, we are friends again.The series is to raise money for worthy charities. In our 3 meetings we have raised nearly $8,000.00 for the groups we played for.
