How to get a Benefit game

We have been asked many times how to set up a benefit game with the Third Watch Hockey Club.

First of all - you need to contact us. Use the e-mail link on the left side of this page.

Please describe:

1. The charity

2. Do you want us to come to you?

3. Do you want us to host it?

4. When would you like to do it?

5. Do you have a team for us to play or do we need to get one?

After we have the basics - we can work on the game.

What we need the charity to do for us if we host a game?

1. Get raffle prizes to be drawn during the game

2. Staff to sell tickets for prizes (raffles & 50/50)

3. Staff to man the front gate

4. Help us advertise your event

5. If we are unable to get the ice donated, then pay for the ice time.

6. We will work together to get an M/C for the game (including music)

What do we do for you?

1. We will work to get the ice time donated for the game

2. We will supply referees for the game

3. Donate game tickets for you to sell

4. Donate raffle tickets for you to sell

5. Supply aprons to sell tickets

6. Donate team items such as, jerseys, t-shirts, hats etc (to raffle)

7. Advertise your game on our web site to help you advertise and to                give you a web page for the event.

If we travel to you (In Maine)

1. You get the arena and referees

2. We will help with raffle prizes

3. Find a fun place to go after the game

If we travel out of state

1. We like to play at least 2 games (1 for fun)

2. Get us a cheap hotel (we will contact them and pay for it)

3. Find a fun place to hang out after the games
