"Clash of the Ice Coast 2"
The Third Watch Hockey Club boarded a bus at 6:00 in the morning. We had a great trip, thanks to our Cyr Bus Lines driver, Dave. The group consisted of 30 players, fans and family. To the suprise of the team, we were met at the end of the Ben Franklin Bridge by Police officer Kevin Cuddahy and Firefighter Rick Brown for a "red light escort" to our hotel in Downtown Philadelphia. The weekend was just beginning, as our group spent a fun 3 days in the city seeing the sights and playing some great hockey.
A special thanks from Third Watch goes to the Chiefs and their families.
The games were close, but the Chiefs pulled out a win each night. That makes the overall score of the series 3-1, in favor of the Chiefs.
